Simple & Short
Our online enquiry and booking forms are secure and all information submitted is sent encrypted. Even though our forms are secure, we do not ask for sensitive information via our forms. We are aware of identity theft issues and as such we never ask for your date of birth, national insurance number or credit details in our forms. If you receive an email purporting to be from us and is asking for sensitive information, please do not reply: we do not send such emails, as payments, usually, are to be completed in person in Libya after arrival.
We do not divulge, sell or share your information and emails with any other party, except with hotels and airliners, where we provide them only with the minimum information needed to complete reservations and booking, if any. This usually consists only of basic information, like name and nationality. Where customers do not require flight or hotel booking, their information will not be shared with any other third party.
We do not collect any information about our visitors or customers, and all the information submitted is merely needed to process the Libyan visa and/or to price the requested tour or itinerary. We empty our mail server regularly and all emails and enquiries are deleted from server once downloaded.
